Technical FAQs

1. Will Easemon record computers that are not always connected to the network?
Yes. If the computer is disconnected from the network, Easemon will still continue recoding the computer activities and the data will be stored locally on the disk. When the computer re-connects to the network, Easemon will start to upload the previously stored logs.

2. Can Easemon monitor all the user accounts after it is installed to a computer?
Yes. You can choose to monitor all the accounts or only several of them as you wish after installing Easemon on the computer.

3. Can I monitor the computers when I’m not in the office network, for example at home?
Yes. Once the Easemon Client is installed on the office computers, you can view the logs by logging into Easemon Cloud when you are at home.

4. Does Easemon need a server to store data?
Yes. To ease the burden of employees’ computers, Easemon will periodically transfer the logged data from the local computers to Easemon Cloud, and then the stored data on local computers will be automatically deleted when the uploading is completed.

5. Will Easemon use a lot of network resource when uploading logs?
No. Easemon is optimized to be network usage friendly. To avoid large amount of bandwidth occupation, Easemon only stores and transfers newly generated logs.

6. Is it safe to store the activity logs in Easemon cloud?
Sure! The activity logs are stored in Easemon Cloud with dependent, secured accounts. No one else, including Easemon staff, is able to access or view your logs.

7. Should we inform our employees that office computers are being monitored?
From the legality standpoint, please refer to your local laws. In other respects, informing the employees of monitoring will be helpful if your primary goal is to enhance the productivity. However, we do understand it makes no sense to inform the employees when the case is that you suspect they are doing something appropriate and you are looking for evidence.

1. Which payment methods are supported?
We support VISA, Discover/Novus, Master Card, American Express, JCB Card, Diners Club Card, PayPal, Alipay, QIWI, Direct Wire Transfers, Personal/Business Check, Cash, Phone or Fax orders, and Purchase Orders.

2. What can I get if I purchase Easemon?
After you purchase, your information for Easemon Cloud, where you can get your license key and download Easemon, is securely sent to you. The delivery is performed via email.

3. Can I have the software with CD-Rom package?
Sorry currently we only provide our software via internet download, if you buy our software from our resellers, you can ask them for CD-Rom package.

4. What is your refund policy?
We issue refunds within 30 days when the software has NOT BEEN WORKING on your computer since you purchased it. But No refunds will be guaranteed or promised if you simply changed your mind. Once we issue a registered copy, there is no way for us to recall, or rescind a registered program that has already been issued to a customer. Essentially, once the program has been issued there is no way for us to guarantee that a customer has not, or is not continuing to use the product.

5. What is your update policy?
Any updates are free of charge while your subscription is valid.

6. How do I extend the subscription time?
It can be done easily. Please login into Easemon Cloud and go to License section to extend your subscription time.

7. Are there any hidden fees?
No. All you pay is your subscription fee. There is no shipping or handling fees.

8. Do you offer free technical support after purchase?
Sure! We offer free 24×7 tech support via email. You can also choose premium support. We strive to answer every request with love, patience and expertise.
